Chief Justice of India Justice Surya Kant arrives in Odisha, to attend a program in Cuttack today

 Bhubaneswar: Chief Justice of India, Justice Surya Kant, arrived in Bhubaneswar on Saturday to attend a program in Cuttack on Sunday. This is his first official visit to Odisha after assuming office. He was welcomed by Odisha Law Minister Prithviraj Harichandan and other dignitaries.

According to schedule, he will attend a program organised by the Cuttack High Court Bar Association at Sahid Bhawan today. The event is expected to see participation from Orissa High Court Chief Justice, Justice Harish Tandon, Advocate General Pitambar Acharya, State Bar Council President Sitanshu Mohan Dwivedi, along with other judges, lawyers, and officials from across the state.

The Chief Justice of India will depart for Delhi after the program today.
