Bhubaneswar: The Meteorological Centre here on Tuesday issued a yellow warning for several parts of Odisha, forecasting light to moderate rain accompanied by gusty winds of 30-40 kmph during the next three hours.
The weather conditions are likely to affect many places in Sundaragada, Debagada, Subarnapur, Sambalpur, Jharsuguda, Boudh, Kataka, Khordha, Mayurbhanj, Baleshwar, Bhadrak, Jajpur, Kendrapada, Jagatsinghpur, Puri, Nayagada and Anugola districts, the Met Centre said in its 5 pm nowcast.
The warning also covers Kataka and Bhubaneswar cities.
The weather office advised people to remain alert to changing weather conditions and plan their activities accordingly for safety.
