Bhubaneswar: Restrictions have been imposed at PMG square in the capital city of Odisha starting from today in the wake of the practice parade and Republic Day parade. Accordingly, no gas balloons can be sold here and vehicles will not be allowed on Gandhi Marg temporarily.
Commissionerate Police have imposed restrictions on Gandhi Marg in the wake of the Republic Day parade. There will be restrictions on the 22nd and 23rd January from 1 pm to 6 pm.
Similarly, from 24th to 26th January from 6 am till the end of the parade, vehicles will not be allowed to drive on all the lanes and bylanes adjacent to Mahatma Gandhi Marg. Only pedestrians will be allowed to move.
Parking spaces have been allocated at 7 places. Those who will come on Republic Day will have to park at the designated places. The Commissionerate Police has issued an advisory in this regard.
