Kandhamal: In a fatal accident, a pharmacist died following a head-on collision with a postal van in Pangali village under the Daringbadi police station area of Kandhamal district on Thursday.

The accident occurred when the motorcycle the victim was riding was struck by the postal vehicle, resulting in a fatal outcome at the scene.
The deceased identified as a Pharmasist, working at the Sikar Maha health care centre was heading to work when the postal van struck him. Following the collison, the pharmacist lost his life due to critical injuries.
The incident has cast a pearl of gloom in the area.
