Brahmagiri: A floating bridge vessel carrying 70 passengers along with bus, cars, bikes and other things got stuck in the middle of the Chilika lake on Saturday.
According to sources, the floating bridge vessel has been stuck near the Mahinsa Kuda for more than two hours. The floating bridge vessel was reportedly heading from Janhikuda to Satapada when it got stuck near the Mahinsa Kuda in the middle of the Chlika lake.
The floating bridge vessel is carrying more than 70 passengers, one bus carrying other travellers along with 5 cars, and 5 bikes.
Efforts are ongoing to bring the floating bridge vessel to the channel with the help of a ZCB machine, which was carried by another floating bridge vessel.
