Rourkela: One person, out of the 6 injured persons in the plane crash landing cash of January 10 in Rourkela of Odisha, has succumbed today while he was under treatment. He died today while undergoing treatment at a private hospital.
The deceased has been identified as Sushanta Biswal.
As per the information received, the accident took place near Jalda on the 10th of January. In this mishap, 6 people including 2 pilots were injured. Sushant was in critical condition.
The 2 critically injured persons were airlifted to Mumbai for better treatment. The injured Sunil Agarwal and his wife Sabita Agarwal were airlifted to Mumbai. Sushant Biswal was also undergoing treatment at a private hospital.
It was a small 9-seater domestic plane that had flown from Bhubaneswar for Rourkela. Due to a mechanical fault, it crash landed near Rourkela’s Jalda. Captain Naveen suffered serious head injuries in the accident.
