Jaleswar: In a shocking incident, a son allegedly killed his mother with poison in Balasore district of Odisha. The alleged inhumane incident took place in the Chakeisapa village under Kamarda police station limits.
The daughter of the deceased has alleged that her brother killed their mother by giving her poison.

Following the incident, the accused son was allegedly tied to a tree and beaten by the villagers. After receiving the news, the Kamarda police rushed to the scene and initiated investigation.
It is worth noting that last year also, a youth had killed his mother in Bandhapali village under Hemgiri police station limits in Sundargarh district. The murder was committed over a family dispute.
